MyVillage Anjuna is a program of the people, for the people, by the people with an objective to revive the art and culture of the village. MyVillage is a Trust Founded by Mr. Mark Mendes who is a resident of Zhor Vaddo, Anjuna. Hear what inspired Mr. Mark Mendes to start this Trust.

My Village Trust was started in the year 2012 in Anjuna, Goa. This program is an initiative for the people, by the people and of the people, with an objective to revive the art and culture of the village. This requires time, effort and funds to motivate the change in the society preserving art and culture. Through education camps, village stores, village level activities and competitions, etc., The MyVillage “Anjuna” team teaches the village how to sustain through responsible tourism and art and culture of Anjuna. All My Village “Anjuna” activities focus on a combination of the following four key areas:

My Village selects their team unlike the grids of a corporate world. Each members passion to given back to the village has been their sole criteria and is the common thread that knits this team together.
